My open house drew more than 200 people to Mt Kisco with publicized announcements in newspapers and TV crews showing up to interview me as I was showcasing this amazing renovation- a product of the Scott brothers to be on National Television in the following months. HOW I MARKET HOMES FOR SALE
To market your home, I first reach out to my database of buyer clients and overall sphere of influence. Additionally, I have top relationships with all the local area agents and will perform a Brokers open house and email blast personally to each and every one. I follow up with a personal phone call to these agents. I spend advertising money on just listed postcards, Facebook advertising- targeted to local buyers as well as city buyers looking to move up to the suburbs, NY times and general Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn posts. I have an extensive following on my Facebook business page and personal page that I will share the listing on. I will feature the listing on Zillow and Trulia which puts this listing above all others in the zip code. I always use professional photography with drone pictures.
THE MARKETING TECHNOLOGY I USE
I have extensive profiles on LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook personal page and Facebook Business page (Facebook Business Profile) as well as Instagram and belong to many Broker Facebook pages, both local and nationally. I will be using professional pictures, printed brochures and postcards, broker open houses and public open houses.
